🛡 Safe and Responsible Gaming

99abc Responsible Gaming — Your protection is our priority

99abc believes entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is experienced consciously and in a controlled way. Our responsible gaming policy is always ready to keep you safe.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online gaming is a form of entertainment that, when managed properly, is enjoyable and safe. However, when play goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. 99abc always wants every member to play consciously and safely.

The core goal of our responsible gaming initiative is to give you the opportunity to make the right decisions at the right time. From setting deposit limits to taking a temporary break or a full self-exclusion — every tool is within your reach.

Remember, responsible gaming at 99abc is not just a policy — it is our commitment. If you or someone you know feels that gaming is becoming a problem, do not wait: reach out to our 24/7 Bengali live chat support.

Our platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing games. 99abc always ensures that play is for fun — not as a means of earning money.

Warning signs of problematic gaming

If you notice the following signs, it is important to take responsible gaming steps. Be honest with yourself.

You are spending more time or money on gaming than you planned and cannot stop.

You are sneaking away from family, friends, or work to play games in secret.

You are repeatedly placing larger bets to recover losses — known as chasing losses.

Gaming is causing problems with daily expenses, bills, or repaying debt.

When you are not playing, you feel restless, irritated, or down — your mental health is being affected.

You are hiding your gaming activity or the amount you spend from loved ones.

If any of the above signs apply to you, please contact our support team immediately or use the self-help tools below.

Common questions about responsible gaming

Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings, and find the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you will find options to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit may require a waiting period. Contact us on live chat for any help.

Self-exclusion is a step through which you can request that your 99abc account be closed for a set period or permanently. During this time you will not be able to log in, play games, or create a new account. To apply for self-exclusion, contact our support team via live chat.

A time-out is a short-term break, generally from 24 hours up to 90 days. Once the set period ends, your account is reactivated automatically. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure — from 6 months to permanent — and reactivating it requires a more involved process. For serious concerns, self-exclusion is the recommended option.

No. 99abc strictly enforces a 21 and above policy. Age is verified at registration, and if any account is found to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may not be refunded.

Contact our 24/7 Bengali live chat support — they will help you with complete confidentiality. You can also reach us by email: [email protected]. In addition, speak openly with a trusted family member or friend. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

The account holder themselves or their legal guardian can make this request. If you believe a family member is struggling with a gaming problem, discuss the details with our support team — we will provide as much assistance as we can.
